I’ve got a screen shot of that corner from Google Earth. Give me a second to figure out how to upload it here.
You can see that Google Earth hasn’t even caught up with the new construction in Santa Monica. This structure I believe is just a few months old. Not here in this screen cap from the app. It’s a pretty extravagant bus stop… no? lol

Not a building at all, Mike. Just a bus stop. 😉 And very new. Ocean Avenue and… hmmm… Broadway? Santa Monica. Punch it into Google Earth.
