Looks as if the old sensor needs a bit of a clean though – unfortunately the ‘dust bunnies’ stand out like beacons in the clear blue of the sky.
I could never bring myself to touch the M9 sensor. And I got stubborn, I think, about editing the dust spots out. Of course, it was a great reminder to use that Leica glass wide open. 😉
The first time I cleaned my sensor I had the same feeling.
Using glass wide open brings it’s own problems in an artistic sense – although I do enjoy the f2.8 of my zooms when I can – no point in paying for something and never using it!
